Personalised diet plan vs generic diet chart — what's the difference?
A generic diet chart is a one-size template (calories and sample meals). A personalised diet plan is built from your goal, body metrics, diet pattern, allergies, schedule, and health focus—so swaps and portions match how you actually eat.
Generic charts are useful as education: they show a plate pattern. They fail when you are vegetarian with dairy limits, eat two meals a day, train in the evening, or need a medical-aware approach.
Personalisation should use the data you already have: age, height, weight, activity, meals per day, sleep, hydration, and restrictions. That is the input the Wellora Eats plan tool collects before checkout.
Neither document diagnoses disease or replaces medical care. A good plan states assumptions, red flags, and when to see a clinician.
Educational information only—not a substitute for individualized medical advice.
